About the Role
Are you passionate about premium jewellery luxury experiences and building strong customer relationships We are looking for a Sales Consultant who can deliver exceptional customer service while driving sales in a premium retail environment

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with walk in and digital leads understand customer needs and recommend jewellery pieces that match their style and preference
• Drive sales through personalized consultations follow ups and strong product knowledge
• Handle customer queries orders and service related concerns with professionalism and empathy
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while ensuring premium customer experience
• Maintain accurate CRM records of customer interactions and sales activities
• Provide feedback to enhance store offerings and customer engagement

What We are Looking For

• 2 to 3 years of experience in sales or customer support jewellery retail hospitality or ecommerce preferred
• Excellent communication in English and Hindi
• Customer first attitude with strong interpersonal skills
• Presentable personality with the ability to build trust and rapport
• Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
