Knya has raised seed funding, led by DSG Consumer Partners, with participation from the promoter family of Narayana Health and Cipla Health amongst others.  

Since its inception, Knya products have been delivered to 900+ cities and 200+ medical institutes across India.  

 

 

Position Overview


We are seeking a skilled Retail Project Manager to oversee store design projects from start to finish. This role involves managing store layout and design, vendor negotiations, material procurement, and daily operations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AutoCAD, strong project management skills, and experience in delivering retail projects on time and within budget. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design process for retail store layouts, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and operational requirements. 
  • Use AutoCAD and other design software to create, modify, and review store floor plans and visual designs. 
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors and suppliers to procure store materials and furnishings. 
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and compliance with design specifications. 
  • Work closely with senior management to provide project status updates and address any concerns. 
  • Oversee maintenance activities such as addressing AC issues, leakage, and other repair needs for existing stores. 
  • Ensure timely and efficient handling of setup and operational needs for new stores 

 

Must-Haves:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills. 
  • Proven experience in vendor management or retail operations. 
  • Ability to handle maintenance issues effectively and ensure timely resolution. 
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. 

Good to Have:

  • Prior experience in retail project management or facility management. 
  • Familiarity with maintenance systems and processes. 
  • Basic understanding of procurement and supply chain management. 

 

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in managing the details and ensuring retail stores are operationally efficient and well-maintained.
