We are looking to hire a 3D designer/visualizer who has experience in the retail background only, Must have a portfolio of 3D designs of Retail Fixtures, POSM, exhibitions, Showrooms, etc., and must know all major software for 2D and 3D designing related to adaptations. Job Description 1. Responsible for creating 3D Setups of Retail Fixtures, POSM, Exhibition, etc., designs with high visual impact for required projects. 3. Develop designer sets for events like award shows and layouts for stage design and mockups 4. Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral 5. Ensure projects completed are of high quality and on schedule 6. Establish creative direction for the projects as well as the company 7. Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and time limitations 8. Perform retouching and manipulation of images 9. Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software Bonus: mockups designing experience Motion graphic experience ,Video creation - Promo, Behind-the-scenes 1. Study design briefs were given by clients. 2. Prepare PPT materials to pitch to clients. 3. Prepare final work drawings for production. The ideal candidate will own the entire production process. They will strategize with other internal teams to ensure operational excellence. They will also run quality assessments to ensure customer satisfaction. WE NEED A CANDIDATE WHO HAS PRODUCTION EXPERIENCE IN METAL / WOODEN FIXTURES & AND RETAIL FITOUTS ONLY. Responsibilities Manage and evaluate the entire production process Ensure that the correct and approved drawing is received from the CS team. To calculate BOM and validate with drawing and propose the right size of the material to avoid wastage. To Prepare weekly production plan to execute the work in hand. To allocate the work to each team member for achieving daily/weekly production targets as per their capability. Ensure that the design is being explained to each production worker and it is well understood by each team member. Ensure that sufficient work is available at each workstation /machine and for each resource ensuring that each team member has sufficient work for 6-8 hrs on daily basis. Prepare a list of quality checkpoints for each product and ensure that these are being well communicated to each team member on the production floor. Create lead lists and initiate connection + soft outreach campaigns. Track and report weekly on new leads generated and conversations opened. Content & Marketing Collateral Create engaging case studies, mini videos, carousel posts, and thought-leadership blogs . Ensure brand consistency across all platforms. Work with the design team to make posts premium and clutter-breaking . Inbound Lead Generation Monitor inbound inquiries from LinkedIn & other channels, ensure timely responses. Suggest and run LinkedIn Ads or Sponsored Content campaigns when needed. Coordinate with sales/founder to ensure warm leads convert to meetings. Analytics & Growth Track KPIs: follower growth, engagement rate, inbound leads, profile views. Optimize content strategy based on analytics. Benchmark against competitors (e.g. signage/fixture companies in India, BannerBuzz, etc.). Requirements 2–7 years of hands-on B2B LinkedIn marketing experience . Proven track record of using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting. Strong copywriting & content creation skills. Knowledge of social media tools (Buffer, Canva, Figma, or similar). Excellent written English & professional communication style. Creative mindset — able to turn technical retail projects into visually engaging stories . Good to Have Prior experience in B2B retail, design, advertising, or manufacturing industries . Experience with LinkedIn Ads / Growth Hacking .
