We are looking to hire a 3D designer/visualizer who has experience in the retail background only, Must have a portfolio of 3D designs of Retail Fixtures, POSM, exhibitions, Showrooms, etc., and must know all major software for 2D and 3D designing related to adaptations. Job Description 1. Responsible for creating 3D Setups of Retail Fixtures, POSM, Exhibition, etc., designs with high visual impact for required projects. 3. Develop designer sets for events like award shows and layouts for stage design and mockups 4. Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral 5. Ensure projects completed are of high quality and on schedule 6. Establish creative direction for the projects as well as the company 7. Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and time limitations 8. Perform retouching and manipulation of images 9. Ensure that the design is being explained to each production worker and it is well understood by each team member. Ensure that sufficient work is available at each workstation /machine and for each resource ensuring that each team member has sufficient work for 6-8 hrs on daily basis. Prepare a list of quality checkpoints for each product and ensure that these are being well communicated to each team member on the production floor.
