Role Overview: Jaipur Rugs, a social enterprise connecting rural craftsmanship with global markets, is seeking a passionate individual to join their team. As part of this family-run business, you will have the opportunity to work with a network of over 40,000 artisans spread across 600 rural Indian villages. Your role will involve overseeing the overall operations of a specific location, including accounting, finance, administration, manpower handling, transportation of goods, legal and trade coordination, customer and vendor management, document creation and execution, as well as asset, stock, and inventory management. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the overall operation of the assigned location - Handle accounting and finance tasks for the respective location - Oversee administration and manpower handling - Coordinate transportation of goods inward and outward - Liaise with legal and trade officials as required - Manage customer and vendor relations effectively - Create necessary documents and ensure tasks are executed promptly - Oversee companies assets, stocks, and inventory Qualification Required: - Graduation/PG/Post Graduate Certificate in Retail Management Additional Company Details: Jaipur Rugs, under the visionary leadership of Mr. Nand Kishore Chaudhary, has revolutionized the traditional art of rug making by providing livelihood opportunities directly to artisans in rural India.
