Job Overview

We are looking for a Retail & Operations Executive to manage Sales, Store, Accounts, HR, and Service Operationsin our Salem branch.

The ideal candidate should have experience in pumps, pipes, or cables, and strong coordination with builders, architects, and civil engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to retail and project customers; explain product specifications and assist in selection.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and maintain records of sales and stock.
• Coordinate material inward/outward, inventory updates, and logistics dispatch.
• Manage attendance, leave, and support HR functions (joining, payroll, compliance).
• Follow up with builders, architects, and engineers for ongoing and upcoming projects.
• Support service calls, warranty handling, and customer feedback collection.
• Ensure discipline, documentation, and adherence to company procedures.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Education: Diploma / Graduate (Electrical, Mechanical, or Commerce preferred)
• Experience: 1–3 years in retail sales, store, or office administration.
• Computer Skills: MS Office, Zoho Softwares, and Email communication
• Languages: Tamil (mandatory), English (basic), Hindi (added advantage)
• Good communication, multitasking ability, and attention to detail
• Expertise: Network with builders, architects, and civil engineers preferred
• Mindset: Willing to grow with the company, committed, and results-driven
