Role & responsibilities: Lead Generation & Management : Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other digital tools to identify and build lead databases across key segments: corporates, wedding planners, event curators, hotels, and spas. Maintain and regularly update a detailed lead tracker with outreach status, follow-ups, and response timelines. Qualify leads based on fit and intent, and nurture them through the sales pipeline. Outbound Calling & Prospecting : Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages to pitch The Bare Bars handcrafted product range and bulk gifting options. Develop a structured outreach strategy tailored to different verticals (e.g., festive gifting for corporates vs. wedding hampers). Actively generate new B2B opportunities through persistent outreach and relationship-building. Client Relationship Building : Engage warm leads and guide them through sampling, pricing, and customization processes. Address queries related to product information, packaging, turnaround times, and logistics. Work towards sales conversion by offering relevant gifting solutions and maintaining consistent communication. Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and word-of-mouth referrals. Collaboration with Internal Teams : Coordinate with the operations and design teams for customization requests, packaging mock-ups, and order timelines. Share finalized lead details with senior management for proposal drafting and deal closure. Provide insights to the marketing and product teams on common client requests or missed opportunities. CRM and Reporting : Maintain clean and up-to-date records of outreach and lead progress on internal trackers or CRM tools. Share weekly reports on leads contacted, conversations held, opportunities generated, and conversions achieved. Market Research and Growth Opportunities : Keep an eye on relevant events, exhibitions, and communities where The Bare Bar can pitch its products. Identify potential brand collaboration or co-branded hamper opportunities. Suggest creative new formats for festive, corporate, or experiential gifting based on market research. Preferred candidate profile: 02 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Comfort with cold calling, LinkedIn-based outreach, and sales follow-ups. Proficient with Excel or Google Sheets for lead tracking and reporting. Self-driven, persistent, and eager to close deals in a target-based environment. Prior experience with D2C, FMCG, events, or corporate gifting is a plus.
