Retail Operations Executive

Objective:

To provide additional support to the Retail Operations team in managing store-level coordination, ensuring timely follow-ups, and maintaining operational efficiency across all store locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Retail Operations team with 

  daily, weekly, and monthly follow-ups

   with all stores.
• Support in 

  roster preparation, maintenance, and updates

   for store teams.
• Ensure smooth communication between 

  stores and the central operations team

  .
• Track and follow up on 

  pending tasks, store requirements, and action points

   from meetings.
• Coordinate and assist with 

  store audits, manpower planning, and reporting activities

  .
• Support 

  store visits and on-ground follow-ups

  , as assigned by the management.
• Prepare and maintain 

  MIS reports

   related to store operations and performance.

Requirements & Skills:

• Bachelors degree in any discipline (preferably Business / Retail Management).

• 0–2 years of experience

   in retail operations, coordination, or administrative support.

• Proficiency in multiple languages

   (especially Hindi, Tamil, and English preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in 

  MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email communication

  .

• Willingness to travel

   to various store locations as per business needs.
• Strong follow-up and time management skills.
