Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Retail Onboarding Specialist to join our team in Jaipur. This full-time position requires 1 to 3 years of work experience. The successful candidate will facilitate the onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless transition for retail partners. Effective communication and the ability to generate sales reports are essential to thrive in this role.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven understanding and experience in onboarding processes, enabling smooth integration of retail partners (Mandatory skill).
  • Exceptional communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and convey complex information (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficiency in sales reporting, with the ability to analyze and report on sales data comprehensively (Mandatory skill).
  • Ability to deliver product training sessions that enhance team knowledge and drive sales performance.
  • Experience in team collaboration, fostering a culture of cooperation and proactive communication.
  • Strong customer service skills to address and resolve client queries promptly and efficiently.
  • Expertise in problem-solving, with a proactive approach to troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • Knowledge of stock replenishment processes to ensure adequate inventory levels and minimize disruptions.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Guide new retail partners through the onboarding process, ensuring clarity and efficiency at each stage.
  • Facilitate product training sessions to align retail staff with company products and service standards.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new partners.
  • Monitor and report on onboarding progress, adapting strategies to optimize the process continuously.
  • Address inquiries and support requests from retail partners, providing timely and accurate solutions.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify training needs and tailor sessions to address current challenges.
  • Conduct regular assessments to evaluate onboarding efficiency and propose enhancements.
  • Maintain detailed records of onboarding activities to facilitate reporting and strategic planning.
