Retail Merchandiser

Job Overview:

Maximize Sales and Profitability in the business by highlighting area of growth and risk by doing proper data analysis.

Job Responsibilities:

• SSR- Weekly. Analysis sales on weekly basis to ensure and maximize revenue opportunities.
• Best Seller Report. Analysis Best Sellers & Propose repeats and track results. Analysis slow movers and propose action to manage inventory.
• Data analytics and troubleshooting as and when required with inputs.
• Sale Growth & De-growth Analysis.
• Constructive view for store article Visibility
• Prepare a Post Seasonal Analysis(SS & AW) of past performance at MC MRP Colour or any other attribute level as required.
• Ensure the availability of all NOOS items and that a scheduled review of Replenishment Orders take place to ensure availability and that there are no stock outs.
• Check that all stock received in Warehouse is allocated to Stores, discuss out of line situations with the Buyers and inform category for any unallocated stock.
• Check for Items that need consolidation to agreed parameters and propose to ZFM & category for action.
• To Analyze MC Ageing Stocks and identify out of line situations to agreed Concept Targets. Propose actions to category for approval.

Education & Experience:

• 5-8 years of total work experience required out of which 4 years should have been in planning role for similar sized business
• Graduate or Post Graduate from NIFT or PEARL is preferred
