Job Title: Retail Marketing Manager Location: Mumbai Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: As we scale into national retailers in the US, we are seeking a Retail Marketing Manager to drive integrated brand awareness and in-store success. This role will play a critical part in bridging digital marketing efforts with physical retail execution, ensuring that our brand is seen, heard, and purchased. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute creative retail marketing campaigns that drive consumer awareness and demand ahead of product launches in-store. Lead storytelling initiatives across social channels that align with retail windows and product placement. Manage influencer and creator seeding programs to generate buzz and drive product trials. Plan, buy, and oversee paid retail media placements ensuring ROI and velocity targets are met. Coordinate strategic PR efforts around key retail milestones and brand moments. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency in messaging, visuals, and brand voice across retail and digital platforms. Build and maintain a structured retail marketing framework and process that support sustainable retail growth. Measure, analyze, and report on retail marketing effectiveness and provide recommendations for optimization.
