Job Description

  • Manage day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure smooth service
  • Supervise, train, and motivate staff members
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and handle guest complaints professionally
  • Monitor staff attendance, duty rosters, and shift schedules
  • Maintain food quality, hygiene, and safety standards as per company policy
  • Control inventory, stock levels, and wastage
  • Coordinate with the kitchen team for timely food preparation and service
  • Handle cash, billing, and basic financial reporting
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
  • Support recruitment and onboarding of new staff
  • Drive sales through upselling, promotions, and customer engagement

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
