Job Description:

Aminia Restaurant is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Restaurant Manager for its Guwahati outlet. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the local business environment, proficiency in local language, and proven ability to control operational costs and reduce food wastage. Candidates must have prior experience working with a reputed brand in the F&B industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall restaurant operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning
• Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service
• Understand and leverage local market dynamics to drive sales and footfall
• Control food cost, inventory, and wastage through effective planning and monitoring
• Implement cost-control measures across food, manpower, and utilities
• Lead, train, and supervise restaurant staff to maintain productivity and discipline
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for efficient operations
• Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety, and statutory regulations
• Prepare daily and monthly operational and MIS reports for management

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 3–6 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager / Assistant Manager
• Prior experience in a reputed F&B or restaurant brand is mandatory
• Strong understanding of local business and market in Guwahati
• Proficiency in Assamese, Hindi, and English
• Proven experience in cost control, food wastage reduction, and inventory management
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on, proactive, and target-driven approach

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality
• Experience in managing multi-cuisine or high-volume restaurants
