We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations at our new Punjabi Vegetarian Restaurant . The ideal candidate will ensure excellent customer service, smooth staff coordination, and efficient restaurant performance maintaining the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and hospitality that reflect the essence of Punjabi culture. Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in restaurant or café management (vegetarian restaurant experience preferred). Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Knowledge of Punjabi food culture and customer expectations. Basic understanding of POS systems, billing, and cash handling. Ability to handle pressure during peak hours and festivals. Fluent in Punjabi and Hindi; English communication preferred. Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management / Hospitality Management (or equivalent certification required).
