Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience and restaurant category)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure excellent guest service, and lead the team toward achieving operational excellence. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with prior experience in restaurant or hospitality management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance to maintain service quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and health regulations.
• Monitor inventory, supplies, and cost control measures.
• Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and service teams to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
• Implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase customer engagement and revenue.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on sales and operations for management review.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hotel/Restaurant Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Good knowledge of POS systems and restaurant management software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
