Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage duty rosters, shift schedules, and manpower planning.

  • Monitor daily sales, control wastage, and manage inventory.
  • Ensure compliance with FSSAI, safety, and company standards.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports and support management in achieving business targets.
  • Control food cost, wastage, and pilferage through effective stock management.
