Restaurant Manager

 We are a growing café in Miyawala Dehradun focused on creating a cozy hangout space with high-quality coffee, beverages, and an engaging customer experience.] ⸻ Job Overview We are looking for an experienced and motivated Café Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure excellent customer service, and actively bring in new business through events and parties. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, with skills in preparing basic coffee and drinks, while also being business-minded to grow the café’s reputation and profitability. ⸻ Key Responsibilities • Manage the café’s daily operations and ensure smooth workflow. • Supervise, train, and schedule staff to maintain high service standards. • Ensure customer satisfaction, handle feedback, and maintain a welcoming café environment. • Prepare and serve basic coffee, teas, and café beverages when required. • Plan and execute strategies to attract private parties, events, and group bookings. • Work with marketing and social media to promote the café and increase customer engagement. • Manage inventory, suppliers, and financial targets. • Create and execute in-house events (open mics, live music, themed nights, etc.). ⸻ Qualifications & Skills • Previous experience as a Café Manager / Assistant Manager / Senior Barista preferred. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Knowledge of coffee brewing, drinks preparation, and café service. • Event planning or business development experience is a plus. • Strong customer service and communication abilities. • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings. • Basic computer knowledge (POS systems, MS Office, social media). ⸻ What We Offer • Competitive salary + incentives for achieving targets. • Opportunity to lead and grow with a young, dynamic brand. • Creative freedom to introduce new drinks and event ideas. • Staff meals, accomodation and employee discounts.
