Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant within the hotel/resort. The role demands leadership in service excellence, team management, guest satisfaction, and coordination with the F&B Manager to ensure seamless dining experiences and profitability in alignment with the brand standards of the property. Key Responsibilities: Restaurant Operations & Guest Service Manage daily restaurant operations including breakfast, lunch, dinner service Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by consistently delivering excellent service Monitor food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards Team Leadership & Training Supervise, train, and schedule restaurant staff Conduct regular briefings and staff evaluations Promote a positive and motivating work environment Coordination with F&B Manager Collaborate on menu design, promotions, cost control, and budgeting Assist in planning special events, banquets, or seasonal campaigns Provide input on F&B strategy and departmental KPIs Inventory & Cost Management Monitor food and beverage inventory, ordering, and waste control Work to optimize food costs, beverage costs, and operating expenses Ensure compliance with licensing, sanitation, and safety regulations Guest Relations & Feedback Management Address guest complaints promptly and professionally Implement guest feedback for service improvements Maintain rapport with regular guests and VIPs Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Hotel Management or related field 3–5 years’ experience as Restaurant Manager or Sr. Captain in a 4/5-star hotel or resort Strong coordination skills with F&B operations Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Knowledge of POS systems, inventory software, and hotel SOPs Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays Preferred Experience: Prior experience in branded hotels/resorts (e.g., Marriott, Hilton, Taj, Oberoi, etc.) Understanding of local & international cuisine trends Exposure to fine dining, banqueting, and bar management Benefits: Competitive Salary + Incentives Meals, Uniform, and Accommodation (if applicable) Learning & Development Programs Career Growth within Brand Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
