Job Description

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellent guest service, efficient operations, and a high-performing team. This role is responsible for staff management, financial performance, quality control, and maintaining a positive dining environment.

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate ordering to maintain stock accuracy.
  • Maintain equipment and arrange repairs as needed.
  • Ensure the restaurant is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
  • Leadership and team-building skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant management software.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
