Position: Restaurant Manager

📍 Location: Wakad, Pune

🕒 Employment Type: Full-time

📅 Joining: Immediate

🔹 What You’ll Do

Lead day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure smooth service

Deliver exceptional guest experience with a strong focus on hospitality

Manage staff scheduling, training, and team performance

Maintain hygiene, safety, and operational protocols

Work with the Culinary Director on new menus, trends and market insights

Oversee inventory, ordering, vendor coordination and cost controls

Ensure strong menu knowledge, mocktail pairing suggestions and quality checks

Handle customer feedback professionally and proactively

Drive sales, operational efficiency, and brand standards

🔹 What We’re Looking For

3–4 years’ experience as Restaurant / Outlet Manager or Supervisor (Asian cuisine preferred)

Strong understanding of Chinese, Asian and Thai food, beverages & service standards

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Street smart and a good liaison officer

Hands-on, positive attitude; able to lead and inspire a young team

Comfortable in a fast-paced restaurant environment

Good understanding of compliances for the food business
