About the Role

We are looking for a Restaurant Manager who not only understands operations but also genuinely cares about people—both guests and team members.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating memorable dining experiences, leading a team with empathy, and maintaining a warm, welcoming atmosphere across the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and guest-friendly service.
Lead, train, and motivate the team while fostering a positive and respectful work environment.
Interact with guests, handle feedback gracefully, and ensure every customer leaves happier than they arrived.
Manage inventory, monitor wastage, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure availability of quality materials.
Maintain high hygiene, safety, and quality standards in line with restaurant and industry requirements.
Analyze sales reports, support budget planning, and help achieve monthly revenue goals.
Work closely with kitchen and service teams to maintain harmony and smooth workflow.Ensure compliance with company policies and government guidelines at all times.

Experience Required:
4–7 years in restaurant or hospitality operations.

Skills & Qualities Required
Strong leadership and team-management skills with a positive approachExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesCustomer-service oriented attitude with the ability to remain calm and solution-focused
Good knowledge of restaurant operations, billing systems, and inventory control
Ability to handle pressure and resolve issues quickly and professionally
Basic budgeting, reporting, and analytical skills

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality / Hotel Management.
