Restaurant Manager

As a Restaurant Manager at our restaurant located in Gurgaon, Sector 57 (Atrium), you will play a crucial role in leading the team and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations to provide the best dining experience for our guests. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee daily restaurant operations to maintain efficient service. - Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations. - Uphold high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction. - Handle customer inquiries and feedback with professionalism. - Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to enhance operational efficiency. - Monitor inventory levels, implement cost control measures, and coordinate with vendors. - Drive marketing initiatives and contribute to business growth. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant/food service management. - Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management. - Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to efficiently manage operations in a fast-paced environment. - Customer-centric approach with a focus on guest satisfaction.
