Florence—Oriental Restaurant is a premium dining destination in Mohali, known for its authentic Asian cuisine and exceptional customer experience. We are looking for a passionate and responsible Restaurant Manager to lead our team and ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations and staff management
• Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
• Supervise kitchen, service, and housekeeping teams
• Manage staff schedules, attendance, and performance
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, and vendor coordination
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with safety standards
• Support marketing and promotional activities to enhance business

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Customer-focused attitude with a pleasant personality
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
