You will have the opportunity to join a dynamic team with immediate openings for both Senior and Junior Sales Professionals. Key Responsibilities: - Handle client inquiries, diligently follow up on leads, and successfully close sales deals. - Conduct professional site visits, effectively presenting project details to potential clients. - Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets to contribute to the growth of the business. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction. - Stay informed about real estate market trends and competitor activities to remain competitive in the industry. Requirements: - Prior experience in real estate sales, whether in the Residential or Commercial sector, is mandatory. - Applicants without real estate sales experience will not be considered for this role. - Being presentable, confident, and possessing excellent communication skills are essential qualities for success. - Must have access to own vehicle and laptop for efficient work operations. - A target-driven mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are crucial for this role.
