Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Restaurant Manager located in Ludhiana. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and ensuring the quality of food and beverages. Key responsibilities include hiring and training employees, addressing customer concerns, managing inventory, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and driving operational efficiency to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure a high-quality guest experience
• Experience in Hiring and team building with the ability to manage and mentor staff effectively
• Excellent Communication skills to interact with customers, team members, and vendors professionally
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, including food safety standards and inventory management
• Proven leadership and organizational abilities to manage busy restaurant environments
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required in the hospitality industry
• Prior experience in restaurant or hospitality management preferred
• Relevant certifications, such as a food safety certification, are a plus
