**Job Summary:**

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest service, maintaining high standards of food and beverage quality, and leading the team to achieve operational excellence and profitability.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Supervise and manage all aspects of the restaurant’s operations to ensure smooth functioning.

* Maintain the highest standards of guest service, food quality, and hygiene.

* Plan and organize service operations, including staff scheduling and training.

* Monitor guest feedback and take corrective actions to ensure guest satisfaction.

* Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and efficient service.

* Manage inventory, stock control, and minimize wastage.

* Handle guest complaints professionally and promptly.

* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on restaurant performance.

* Ensure adherence to company policies, grooming standards, and service protocols.

* Promote teamwork and maintain discipline and motivation within the team.

* Assist in planning and executing promotional activities and special events.

**Requirements:**

* **Age:** Between 30 to 40 years

* **Height:** 5’7” to 6’0”

* Minimum 5–8 years of experience in restaurant or F&B management, preferably in a reputed hotel or fine-dining outlet.

* Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent qualification.

* Strong leadership and people management skills.

* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.

* Proficient in POS systems, billing, and reporting.

* Presentable, confident, and guest-oriented personality.

* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
