We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our operations, improve performance, and help scale our brand. Key Responsibilities As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of daily operations, including: Operational Management Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure service excellence. Manage kitchen and service teams to maintain workflow and coordination. Ensure quality control of food, hygiene, and presentation. Team Leadership & Training Supervise, train, and motivate staff to perform at their best. Handle staff scheduling, attendance, and performance reviews. Foster a positive, professional, and customer-first culture. Customer Experience Monitor guest satisfaction and handle feedback promptly. Maintain a welcoming and high-standard dining environment. Financial & Sales Management Track daily sales, expenses, and profitability. Assist in achieving monthly sales targets. Identify and implement strategies to increase footfall and revenue. Inventory & Vendor Management Oversee inventory control and purchasing. Coordinate with suppliers and ensure timely procurement of ingredients and materials. Marketing & Growth Initiatives Work with management on promotions, events, and local marketing efforts. Support digital and social media campaigns to build the restaurant’s brand presence. Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management. Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. Good understanding of restaurant operations and customer service. Hands-on, proactive, and able to handle high-pressure situations. Flexible with working hours (weekends and holidays).
