Key Responsibilities

As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of daily operations, including:

Operational Management

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure service excellence.
• Manage kitchen and service teams to maintain workflow and coordination.
• Ensure quality control of food, hygiene, and presentation.

Team Leadership & Training

• Supervise, train, and motivate staff to perform at their best.
• Handle staff scheduling, attendance, and performance reviews.
• Foster a positive, professional, and customer-first culture.

Customer Experience

• Monitor guest satisfaction and handle feedback promptly.
• Maintain a welcoming and high-standard dining environment.

Financial & Sales Management

• Track daily sales, expenses, and profitability.
• Assist in achieving monthly sales targets.
• Identify and implement strategies to increase footfall and revenue.

Inventory & Vendor Management

• Oversee inventory control and purchasing.
• Coordinate with suppliers and ensure timely procurement of ingredients and materials.

Marketing & Growth Initiatives

• Work with management on promotions, events, and local marketing efforts.
• Support digital and social media campaigns to build the restaurant’s brand presence.

Requirements

• Minimum

  2 years of experience

  in restaurant or hospitality management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Good understanding of restaurant operations and customer service.
• Hands-on, proactive, and able to handle high-pressure situations.
• Flexible with working hours (weekends and holidays).
