OvenFresh is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations at our Dadar West location. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, a strong leadership background, and experience in managing restaurant operations effectively. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth, profitable, and positive dining experience for all guests while leading the team to success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations Management: Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency in all areas such as service, kitchen, and inventory management.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage restaurant staff, ensuring they provide high-quality customer service. Conduct regular training to improve skills and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Customer Service: Handle customer complaints, feedback, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Develop initiatives to build a loyal customer base.
  • Inventory and Ordering: Manage inventory levels, monitor stock, and place orders for food, beverages, and supplies as necessary. Ensure that waste is minimized, and resources are utilized efficiently.
  • Financial Management: Monitor financial performance by analyzing sales, costs, and budgets. Implement cost-control measures to achieve profitability goals.
  • Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure that all food safety and health regulations are followed, and the restaurant maintains a clean and safe environment for both employees and customers.
  • Staff Scheduling: Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage while managing labor costs effectively.
  • Marketing & Promotions: Work with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns to attract customers and increase business.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on restaurant performance, including sales, expenses, and customer satisfaction metrics.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Sound knowledge of food and beverage operations.
  • Ability to manage budgets, costs, and financials.
  • Proficiency in using restaurant management software and POS systems.
  • Flexible working hours and availability to work on weekends and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
