Job Summary:

At Momentale Hospitality Private Limited we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and lead our team with professionalism and efficiency. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a proven track record of successfully managing restaurant operations.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Operations Management

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service, food quality, and hygiene.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely stock replenishment.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Team Leadership

  • Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings, performance evaluations, and coaching sessions.
  • Build a positive work culture and promote teamwork.

Customer Service

  • Address customer concerns and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain strong relationships with regular guests and ensure customer satisfaction.

Financial Management

  • Manage budgets, cost control, and P&L statements.
  • Plan and execute strategies to increase revenue and reduce operational costs.
  • Monitor cash handling and ensure accurate billing procedures.

Marketing & Business Development

  • Coordinate with marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to enhance business performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5–10 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Proven experience in budgeting, inventory control, and financial management.
  • Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
