Job Title: Commis Chef – Cloud Kitchen Location: Kondapur, Hyderabad. Experience Required: 2–3 years Employment Type: Full-Time About Us: We are a fast-growing multi-cuisine cloud kitchen focused on delivering high-quality, freshly prepared food within 10 minutes. Our team thrives on creativity, speed, and consistency, ensuring every dish meets the highest standards. Job Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes across multiple cuisines. Follow standardized recipes and portion sizes to maintain consistency. Ensure timely preparation of orders in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards at all times. Assist senior chefs in daily operations, mise en place, and stock management. Support in receiving and proper storage of ingredients and supplies. Uphold kitchen SOPs and contribute to process improvement. Skills & Qualifications: Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on experience as a Commis Chef in a professional kitchen (cloud kitchen/QSR/restaurant experience preferred). Strong knowledge of basic cooking techniques, ingredients, and multi-cuisine food preparation. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines. Good communication and teamwork skills. Understanding of food safety, hygiene practices, and FSSAI standards. Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and peak hours.
