Job Description

Staff Management: Hiring, training, scheduling, and motivating employees, ensuring they adhere to company standards and procedures. Customer Service: Addressing customer concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive dining experience. Financial Management: Managing budgets, controlling costs, tracking revenues, and generating financial reports. Operational Management: Overseeing daily operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Quality Control: Maintaining high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation. Inventory Management: Ordering supplies, tracking inventory levels, and minimizing waste. Marketing and Promotion: Developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract customers and increase sales.
