A restaurant manager at a 5-star restaurant has many roles and responsibilities, including:

• Staff management: Recruiting, training, and supervising staff, including creating staff rotas, conducting performance appraisals, and setting targets
• Financial management: Managing budgets, monitoring costs, and preparing financial reports
• Menu planning: Planning menus, pricing, and maintaining food quality
• Inventory management: Overseeing stock levels and ordering supplies
• Customer service: Ensuring customer satisfaction, building customer relationships, and dealing with customer inquiries and complaints
• Compliance: Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene, and health and safety legislation
• Marketing: Promoting and marketing the business, and proactively fostering the restaurant's image
• Operations: Overseeing day-to-day operations, coordinating and optimizing front- and back-of-house restaurant operations, and troubleshooting
• Strategy: Designing strategy and setting goals for growth
• Conflict resolution: Handling employee issues and conflicts, and resolving conflicts calmly

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
