Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Support Manage the MD’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents. Coordinate internal and external meetings, board meetings, and stakeholder visits. Take minutes during executive and management meetings and follow up on action items. Communication & Coordination Serve as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders. Draft and manage communications on behalf of the MD. Liaise with department heads to ensure alignment and timely delivery of information. Operational Oversight Support the MD in monitoring key hotel performance metrics and reporting. Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for corporate or ownership review. Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive hotel and personnel information. Project Support Assist in the coordination and tracking of strategic projects and initiatives led by the MD. Follow up on deliverables and deadlines across departments. Guest & VIP Relations Coordinate and manage arrangements for VIP guests and special events as required. Represent the MD’s office in a professional and service-oriented manner. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in the hotel/hospitality industry. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management systems. Ability to work with discretion and maintain confidentiality. Flexible, proactive, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Should be fluent in English, Hindi, Assamese , Bengali. Key Responsibilities: Supervise housekeeping staff to ensure all guest rooms, corridors, back-of-house areas, and public spaces are cleaned and maintained to hotel standards. Conduct daily inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure quality control. Assign duties to housekeeping staff and prepare daily work schedules and task lists. Train new housekeeping employees and provide ongoing coaching and support to ensure efficient work performance. Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and housekeeping equipment; place orders as needed. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, hotel policies, and brand standards. Coordinate with the front desk and maintenance departments to handle special guest requests or room maintenance issues. Address guest complaints and resolve problems quickly and efficiently. Prepare reports on room status, occupancy, and housekeeping productivity. Assist with administrative tasks such as payroll, attendance tracking, and performance evaluations. Uphold confidentiality and privacy standards regarding guest information. Qualifications and Skills: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality is a plus. 2+ years of housekeeping experience in the hotel industry, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety. Proficiency in using housekeeping management systems and basic computer applications.
