Job Description

Job responsibilities of an Accountant:

  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and reports.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Manage bank reconciliations, cash flow, and daily accounting entries.
  • Prepare balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and other financial statements.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations, GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
  • Support in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Conduct internal audits to identify discrepancies or irregularities.
  • Assist in finalization of accounts and coordinate with external auditors.
  • Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions for record-keeping.
  • Monitor expenses and prepare cost analysis reports.
  • Process payroll and employee reimbursements.
  • Support management with data-driven financial insights.
  • Ensure timely payments to vendors and collection from clients.
  • Safeguard confidentiality of financial information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
