Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Operational Leadership

  • Oversee daily operations of the hotel restaurant, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner service
  • Ensure smooth coordination between front-of-house and back-of-house teams
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, health, and safety in accordance with hotel and regulatory guidelines
  • Ensure timely setup and readiness of the restaurant, including special events or room service coordination

Guest Experience

  • Greet and interact with hotel guests and restaurant patrons, ensuring exceptional service
  • Resolve guest complaints efficiently, professionally, and with a hospitality-first mindset
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and implement improvements based on feedback

Team Management

  • Recruit, train, schedule, and manage restaurant staff
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the team to meet service and quality standards
  • Monitor staff performance and ensure adherence to hotel brand values

Financial & Administrative Duties

  • Monitor budgets, prepare reports, and identify areas for cost savings or revenue growth
  • Collaborate with the hotel F&B department for menu planning, pricing, and promotions

Coordination with Hotel Operations

  • Work with hotel front office and banquet teams to coordinate dining experiences for guests
  • Support hotel-wide initiatives, promotions, and VIP guest experiences
  • Ensure room service operations (if applicable) are handled efficiently

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a hotel or upscale restaurant setting
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, service standards, and hospitality trends
  • Familiarity with POS systems, scheduling software, and inventory management
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Please only exeperience candidate preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
