Job Responsibilities of a Housekeeping Supervisor.
o Oversee daily housekeeping operations and assign tasks to staff.
o Train, guide, and monitor housekeeping staff to ensure standards are maintained.
o Conduct regular briefings and motivate the team for efficient performance.
o Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house to ensure cleanliness and order.
o Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and sanitation across all areas.
o Ensure compliance with hotel/resort/organization quality standards.
o Monitor and control usage of cleaning supplies, equipment, and guest amenities.
o Maintain proper stock levels and place requisitions as needed.
o Ensure proper care and maintenance of housekeeping equipment.
o Respond promptly to guest requests and complaints regarding housekeeping.
o Ensure rooms and public areas are ready for guest use on time.
o Maintain excellent communication and courteous behavior with guests.
o Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance departments for smooth operations.
o Prepare daily reports on housekeeping activities and room status.
o Report maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately.
o Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene policies.
o Train staff in safe use of chemicals and housekeeping equipment.
o Implement energy-saving and eco-friendly cleaning practices where possible.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
