Qualification

• 10th / 12th / Diploma / Any Degree
• Minimum 2 years of housekeeping experience (preferably in manufacturing, hospitality, or corporate offices)
• Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and guide housekeeping staff during daily operations.
• Allocate tasks, prepare duty rosters, and ensure work is completed on time.
• Conduct regular inspections of rooms, office areas, washrooms, and common spaces.
• Monitor cleanliness standards and ensure housekeeping SOPs are followed.
• Maintain housekeeping supplies, stock levels, and raise requisitions when needed.
• Train new housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, equipment usage, and safety rules.
• Coordinate with maintenance for repairs and follow-up on closure.
• Handle employee attendance, discipline, and performance tracking.
• Ensure proper waste management and hygiene practices as per company standards.
• Manage deep cleaning schedules and ensure timely completion.
• Prepare daily housekeeping reports and submit to management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
