Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead the front office team including reception, bell desk, concierge, and night audit.
  • Ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure the highest standards of guest service and satisfaction.
  • Monitor room availability, occupancy rates, and overbooking situations; coordinate with housekeeping and sales for room allocations.
  • Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs), hotel policies, and brand standards.
  • Train, coach, and evaluate front office staff; assist in recruitment and performance reviews.
  • Prepare reports such as revenue reports, occupancy forecasts, and guest feedback summaries.
  • Maintain strong communication and coordination with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments.
  • Implement and monitor front office budgets, cost controls, and revenue targets.
  • Handle VIP and special guest arrangements with a personal touch.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in front office operations, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Candidate should be presentable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
