Role Description

We are seeking a Front Office Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Karjat. The Front Office Manager will oversee the daily operations of the front office, ensure outstanding customer service, and maintain smooth office administration processes. Responsibilities include supervising front office staff, addressing guest concerns, and fostering a welcoming environment for guests. The role requires a strong commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Office Administration and Front Office management
• Experience in providing exceptional Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
• Strong Communication skills for effective interaction with guests and team members
• Leadership abilities with a focus on problem-solving and team coordination
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus
