Monitor hygiene, cleanliness, and compliance with FSSAI & local regulations. Guest Experience Maintain high service standards to deliver memorable guest experiences. Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Build rapport with regular patrons and encourage repeat visits. Team Leadership Recruit, train, and schedule FOH staff (captains, servers, bartenders). Foster a positive work culture, ensuring motivation and discipline. Conduct performance reviews and implement staff development initiatives. Financial & Sales Management Monitor daily sales, payment modes, and cash handling. Drive upselling of cocktails, premium spirits, and signature dishes. Work with the marketing team to execute events, promotions, and campaigns. Inventory & Vendor Management Track daily consumption of food, beverages, and bar stock. Coordinate with purchase manager for timely ordering and cost control. Reduce wastage and pilferage through strict controls. Reporting & Compliance Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports on sales, revenue, and expenses. Ensure adherence to GST invoicing, POS (Petpooja) usage, and audit requirements. Comply with liquor laws, licensing, and other statutory obligations.

Key Responsibilities: Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and flair. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, wines, and bar trends. Deliver outstanding guest experiences with energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism. Maintain bar cleanliness, stock levels, and adhere to hygiene and safety standards. Create personalized drink recommendations based on guest preferences. Assist in beverage menu development and new cocktail creations (for Senior Bartenders). Train and mentor junior team members (for Senior Bartenders). Manage cash handling, billing, and daily bar reports accurately. Key Requirements: Prior bartending experience in a premium restaurant, bar, or hotel environment. Excellent knowledge of mixology, drink recipes, spirits, and bar operations. A positive, guest-first attitude and strong communication skills. Ability to work well under pressure and during busy shifts. Certification in Bartending/Mixology is a plus. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
