Restaurant Manager

Key Responsibilities: Overall Management: Supervise and manage all aspects of the cafe operations to ensure smooth and efficient daily functioning. Staff Recruitment & Training: Hire, train and manage staff to maintain high performance, ensuring excellent customer service at all times. Food Quality & Hygiene: Ensure that all food items meet our high-quality standards and that hygiene protocols are followed meticulously at all times. Customer Service: Collect and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve service and offerings. Timely Delivery: Oversee the delivery of both offline and online orders, ensuring timely and accurate service. Billing & Financial Reporting: Handle the cafe daily cash flow, prepare reports and ensure that all transactions are properly documented. Inventory Management: Oversee raw material inventory, ordering supplies and managing stock levels to avoid wastage and shortages. Food Costing: Ensure food items are costed properly to maximize profitability while maintaining quality. Qualifications: Hotel Management is required to succeed in this role. Excellent communication skills, both with staff and customers. Experience with online ordering systems and third-party delivery platforms is a plus.
