About Artjuna

Artjuna is a well-loved Mediterranean café brand from Goa, known for its wholesome food, coffee, creative spaces, and community vibe. We are now expanding to Hyderabad with a brand-new café opening in the next 6 months, and we’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead this journey from the ground up.

Job Summary

We are hiring a Manager as our first team member for the Hyderabad location. This is a pre-opening leadership role ideal for someone who wants to take ownership, set up operations from scratch, and lead a team to deliver an outstanding Mediterranean F&B experience aligned with Artjuna’s brand values.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Opening Phase:

  • Work closely with the franchise owner and Artjuna brand team to plan operations.
  • Participate in recruitment, training, and onboarding of kitchen and service staff.
  • Assist in vendor selection, setup of supply chain, POS, and inventory systems.
  • Implement Artjuna’s SOPs and quality standards across departments.
  • Coordinate with design team, kitchen planning, and marketing teams during setup.
  • Be involved in Compliance of Licenses to run the Restaurant in Hyderabad.

Post-Opening Phase:

  • Lead daily café operations, including kitchen, service, and barista teams.
  • Ensure a consistent high standard of food quality, service, cleanliness, and guest experience. Also follow the FSSAI protocols of the State.
  • Monitor performance, manage schedules, and oversee team discipline and morale.
  • Handle inventory, stock control, wastage monitoring, and vendor relationships.
  • Oversee guest feedback, conflict resolution, and maintain brand reputation.
  • Track sales, costs, and assist in achieving profitability targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the F&B industry.
  • Minimum 5 years in a management role, preferably in a café or large restaurant setup.
  • Proven ability to set up and run operations independently.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
  • Hands-on experience in both front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
  • Passion for hospitality, customer experience, and building a culture-driven team.
  • Fluency in English & Hindi; local language is a plus.
