Job Title: Revenue Analyst & OTA Management (Entry-Level) Location: North Goa Reports to: General Manager & Business Development Head Type: Full-time, Entry-level Job Overview: We’re looking for a motivated and analytical individual with a passion for hospitality and digital platforms to join our team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate eager to learn the fundamentals of hotel revenue optimization, online distribution, and sales strategy in a dynamic, small hotel environment. Key Responsibilities: OTA Management: Assist in managing hotel listings across Online Travel Agencies (e.g., Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb). Ensure all content, images, descriptions, and policies are accurate and optimized. Monitor and update room availability, pricing, and promotions regularly. Revenue & Pricing Analysis: Collect and analyze daily/weekly booking and revenue data. Support dynamic pricing strategies based on occupancy trends, seasonality, and market demand. Assist in tracking KPIs like RevPAR, ADR, and occupancy rate Market Research: Conduct competitor rate and listing analysis to identify opportunities for optimization. Stay updated on OTA trends, algorithms, and promotional tools. Collaboration & Reporting: Work with the sales and marketing team to align revenue strategies. Prepare simple dashboards and performance reports. Provide support during audits, reviews, or data checks. What We’re Looking For: Recent graduate in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related fields. Basic understanding of online travel platforms and hotel operations (preferred but not mandatory). Strong analytical skills and eagerness to learn. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
