Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant General Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Restaurant General Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient and profitable running of the restaurant. Responsibilities include managing P&L, budgeting, hiring and training staff, and maintaining high levels of customer service and satisfaction. The manager will also be responsible for implementing policies, coordinating with the kitchen team, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in P&L Management and Budgeting
• Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction
• Experience in Hiring and Training staff
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the restaurant or food service industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
