Restaurant Shift Supervisor

The position of Shift Manager is currently available at a Restaurant located in Jaipur or Ajmer. As a full-time on-site role, you will be responsible for overseeing staff during shifts, ensuring customer satisfaction, upholding quality standards for food and beverage, addressing customer service issues, and ensuring smooth operations. Your role will involve leading the team by setting a positive example, organizing tasks efficiently, and providing support to staff in their responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should possess strong supervisory skills and have prior experience in team management. Exceptional customer satisfaction and service skills are essential, along with excellent communication abilities to effectively engage with both staff and customers. A good understanding of Food & Beverage operations is required, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment is crucial. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are also important for this position. While previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is advantageous, it is not mandatory.
