Job Description

NCR Atleos, Staffing:
Staffing deployment projects with technicians of suitable skillset to perform SoW
Working internally between different teams and externally with the customer to manage dynamic project schedules
Risk identification and providing solutions to challenges, primary POC for escalations
Helping evaluate RFQ timeline, pricings, and staffing.
Participating in candidate interviews
Coordinate between the Training team and Staffing to ensure the deployment of skilled technicians
Attending interviews
Data entry in Candidate report in QB on a daily level (making changes, entering new candidates, adding comments ets)
Attending meetings with RMO team regarding technicians readiness
Providing necessary info and details to present current data
Negotiating bill rates if needed for certain candidates
