Job Description

HR Recruiter - Full-Time

Interview Mode:

Work Schedule

  • 6 days a week (Sunday off).
  • Day Shift: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment for various roles.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Assist in on-boarding & induction.

Candidate Requirements

  • Education:

    Graduation (Mandatory).

  • Experience:

    Freshers & experienced (6+ months).

  • Skills:

    Strong English communication, basic recruitment knowledge.

Salary

  • Freshers: Up to 18,000/month.
  • Experienced: Up to 25,000/month.
