Resort Operations Manager - On -Site (Bangalore)

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Ranch In charge (Male/Female) with a minimum of 3 years of experience in hospitality operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of Champion Ranch, delivering excellent guest experiences, and managing a team of 20 staff members efficiently.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: 28,000 30,000 (Take Home)

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee hospitality operations including guest satisfaction and service quality.

Manage guest check-in and check-out process.

Supervise guest bookings, activity reservations, and combo package offers (20+ activities).

Monitor and maintain property upkeep and overall cleanliness.

Ensure proper tracking of bills, accounts, and daily expense records.

Oversee food & beverage service quality and inventory management.

Prepare and monitor vehicle usage & maintenance reports.

Lead, train, and manage a team of 20 staff members to achieve service standards.

Coordinate with management for new ideas to enhance guest engagement & revenue.

Requirements:

Graduate/Diploma in Hospitality / Hotel Management or relevant field (preferred).

Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality / resort / ranch / club management.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada (preferred).

Ability to handle guest relations, multitask, and work under pressure.

Knowledge of billing, reservation systems, and activity coordination.
