Key Responsibilities

Handle
incoming and outgoing customer calls
related to solar inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups
Update and manage
leads, customers, and follow-ups in CRM software
Maintain accurate
customer records, call logs, and enquiry status
Explain
basic solar system details, pricing, and next steps
to customers
Coordinate with the
sales and installation team
for site visits and closures
Send
WhatsApp messages, emails, and quotations
to customers
Ensure
polite, professional, and clear communication
at all times

Required Skills & Qualifications

Good knowledge of
computer operations
(MS Excel, Word, Email, Internet)
Basic understanding of
CRM systems
(any CRM training will be provided)
Strong communication skills
in Hindi and/or English (Punjabi is a plus)
Comfortable talking to customers on
phone and WhatsApp
Ability to
learn solar products and services quickly
Organized, responsible, and follow-up oriented

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

Experience in
CRM, telecalling, customer support, or sales coordination
Experience in
solar, electrical, real estate, or service-based industry
Freshers with good computer and communication skills are welcome
