CRM Executive / Customer Support Executive mohali 2 - 5 years INR 3.0 - 4.5 Lacs P.A. Work from Office Full Time

Apna Solar is looking for a smart, computer-savvy, and customer-friendly professional who can handle CRM operations and customer communication over phone . The ideal candidate should be comfortable working on computers, updating customer data in CRM systems, and speaking confidently with customers regarding solar inquiries. Only Immediate joiner need to apply Key Responsibilities Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls related to solar inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups Update and manage leads, customers, and follow-ups in CRM software Maintain accurate customer records, call logs, and enquiry status Explain basic solar system details, pricing, and next steps to customers Coordinate with the sales and installation team for site visits and closures Send WhatsApp messages, emails, and quotations to customers Ensure polite, professional, and clear communication at all times Required Skills & Qualifications Good knowledge of computer operations (MS Excel, Word, Email, Internet) Basic understanding of CRM systems (any CRM training will be provided) Strong communication skills in Hindi and/or English (Punjabi is a plus) Comfortable talking to customers on phone and WhatsApp Ability to learn solar products and services quickly Organized, responsible, and follow-up oriented Preferred (Not Mandatory) Experience in CRM, telecalling, customer support, or sales coordination Experience in solar, electrical, real estate, or service-based industry Freshers with good computer and communication skills are welcome What We Offer Stable job with a growing solar company Training on CRM and solar products Supportive work environment Performance-based growth opportunities Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile
